About the role
Help Zeal build loyalty experiences that connect customers, merchants and brands at the point of payment. As a Senior Product Manager, own the direction and outcomes of a product area, from customer discovery and prioritisation through delivery, launch and iteration.
This role is based in Cairo, Egypt. Working arrangements will be confirmed with the hiring team.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to turn complex payments and loyalty problems into clear product decisions. Set measurable goals, make trade-offs explicit and lead execution across teams. Bring hands-on product craft, analytical judgement and the ability to mentor others.
- Lead customer discovery, prioritisation and cross-functional alignment across engineering, design and commercial teams.
- Make and explain complex trade-offs involving payments, loyalty, privacy, reliability and commercial value.
- Define success metrics, analyse product performance and use experiments to inform decisions.
- Write clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and raise the quality of product delivery.
- Use AI tools critically to prototype, build standalone HTML experiences and verify your work.
- Influence senior stakeholders, mentor others, communicate respectfully and take accountability.
