
Zeal Launches Dara’s Ice Cream App
The London-born, Cairo-based tech startup Zeal has announced the launch of a custom mobile loyalty app for its client, Dara’s Ice Cream.
The new Dara’s Ice Cream app is designed to deliver a seamless payment experience, offer tailored rewards, and equip the brand with advanced data and analytics to strengthen customer loyalty and drive revenue growth.
Dara’s Ice Cream set out to gain better visibility into customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to inform smarter business decisions. At the same time, they wanted to reward returning customers, attract new visitors to return, and deliver an outstanding digital experience.
To meet these goals, the new loyalty app — powered by Zeal — includes three key features: Delivery, Pickup, and Pay in-store. These features empower Dara’s Ice Cream to collect real-time customer data and use it to assess what’s working and where to improve. With a built-in digital loyalty card, users automatically earn rewards with every purchase — whether made through the app or in person.
