Your whole estate, one live view

The Zeal ISO portal shows real-time transactions across your merchant estate. If you resell for more than one acquirer, you see your entire estate in one place regardless of acquirer, which no single acquirer dashboard can give you. Churn-risk scores sit in the same view, so you know who needs a call.

PCI DSS & GDPR Compliant

Integrates with all card machines. Trusted by industry leaders.

Every acquirer, one portal

ISOs rarely work with a single acquirer, yet every acquirer dashboard stops at its own boundary. The Zeal ISO portal brings your whole estate into one view, whoever processes the payment.

Real-time transactions, not month-end reports

Watch volume move as it happens. Live transaction visibility means you spot a struggling merchant in days, not at the end of a reporting cycle when the residuals have already gone.

Churn risk in the same view

Every merchant carries a live churn-risk score built from volume trends, transaction recency, payment acceptance health and terminal activity. Critical alerts name the main driver, so your team calls before the merchant cancels.

What a single estate view changes for an ISO

Estate visibility gives acquirers, ISOs and payfacs one live view of every transaction across every terminal they have deployed — volumes, approvals, declines and merchant activity, updating as cards are presented. Instead of waiting for settlement files or requesting reports from a processor, the provider watches the estate trade in real time, drills from portfolio totals to a single transaction, and spots the merchant whose numbers have started to move. What the terminal sees, the provider sees.

What does estate-wide visibility show a payment provider?

The portfolio at a glance, moving. Volume, transaction counts and approval rates for the period sit above a live feed in which every sale, refund and reversal across the estate appears as it happens — merchant, scheme, amount, status. The value is operational: a decline spike shows up while it is spiking, a terminal that goes quiet is visible the hour it stops, and a merchant's sudden run of refunds prompts a call today rather than a discovery at month-end. Watch the feed for a moment — this is what an estate looks like when it is actually live.

How do you drill from the estate to a single transaction?

Filter by merchant, MID, terminal, status, type, amount or card scheme, and a support call — “my customer says they were charged twice” — becomes a ten-second lookup instead of a ticket to the processor. Finance teams export exactly the cut they need. And because Zeal runs on the terminal itself, the view is acquirer-agnostic: an ISO whose merchants settle through more than one acquirer still sees the whole estate in one portal, one login, one set of numbers.

What is estate visibility in payments?

Estate visibility is a payment provider's ability to see activity across its entire deployed terminal base — every merchant, branch and device — in one place, as it happens. Because Zeal sits on the terminal rather than in any single acquirer's back office, the picture does not fragment when merchants settle through different acquirers. Websites have cookies; card machines have Zeal — the same consent-first software that identifies customers at the point of payment also gives the provider a live picture of its own estate.

What estate visibility does not replace

A live estate view is an operating tool, not a settlement system: reconciliation still happens downstream, and live figures are indicative until cleared. Coverage follows the software — a mixed estate shows its Zeal-equipped terminals, so the picture completes as rollout completes. And visibility by itself changes nothing: it tells your risk, support and account teams where to look sooner. The providers who get the most from it are the ones who wire it into how those teams already work.

Questions providers ask about estate visibility

How can an ISO see transactions across multiple acquirers?

Because Zeal collects activity at the terminal, not from any single acquirer's reporting. An ISO whose merchants settle through different acquirers sees the whole estate in one portal, without stitching together separate acquirer reports.

Is the transaction feed really live?

Transactions appear as cards are presented at terminals across the estate, with drill-down to the individual transaction. Live figures are operational and indicative — settlement and reconciliation continue to run downstream exactly as today.

Does estate visibility require integration work from merchants?

No. Zeal is software on the terminals the provider already deploys. Payment processes exactly as it does today — no recertification, no second authorisation and no added scheme fees — and the estate view populates as terminals come online.

What can teams filter and export?

Transactions filter by merchant, MID, terminal ID, status, type, amount and card scheme, over any date range. Any filtered view exports for finance, risk or partner reporting.

Who is estate visibility for?

Acquirers monitoring portfolio health, ISOs protecting a residual book across acquirers, and payfacs watching sub-merchant activity — any provider whose revenue depends on terminals it cannot physically see.
