Your card machine could tell you who your customers are

Today, most card payments end with the customer walking out as a stranger. On card machines where Zeal is live, Zeal identifies the customer from the card they pay with, so a weekly regular finally looks like a weekly regular: visit frequency, spend, favourite time of day and how long since they last came in.

Loyalty at the tap, with no app or QR code

With Zeal on the card machine, a customer joins your loyalty programme in a couple of taps on the screen and is recognised automatically on every visit afterwards. Points, stamps or vouchers are awarded during the payment, so nothing is added to the queue and nothing is asked of your staff.

Is Zeal available on Clover card machines?

Not yet. Zeal is not available on Clover card machines today. You can ask your Clover account manager to enable Zeal, or register your interest on this page and we will take the demand to Clover.

Which card machines can I use Zeal on today?

Zeal is live with Adyen, DNA Payments, Elavon, Lloyds Cardnet, NMI, Viva Wallet and Worldpay. On supported card machines from these providers, Zeal adds loyalty and customer insights with no app and no new hardware.

How can I help bring Zeal to Clover?

Ask your Clover account manager to talk to Zeal's partnerships team at partnerships@getzeal.io, and register your interest here. Requests from merchants are the strongest signal a payment provider has when it decides which apps to add.

What does Zeal add to a card machine?

Zeal recognises customers from the card they pay with, enrols them in your loyalty programme in a couple of taps and awards points, stamps or vouchers during the payment. It also shows you who is new, who is returning and who has stopped visiting.

Does registering interest commit me to anything?

No. Registering interest is free and does not commit you to anything. We will let you know if Zeal becomes available on your card machine.
